NEO offers internship positions for students from higher professional education and universities that are interested in earth observation applications. Students work at our company for periods ranging from 10 weeks to 6 months.
When you come, you work closely together with an experienced project leader or a technical supervisor. The topics are not limited to agricultural monitoring, asset monitoring, forest classification those EO-domain, but also including
database set up, AI algorithm and software development.
NEO is located in a modern office close to the central train station of Amersfoort. With over 158,000 citizens Amersfoort is one of the 15 largest cities of the Netherlands. It is a versatile city with a variety of architecture, history, art, culture and nature. Amersfoort is the only town in Netherlands with a medieval old city quarter that is largely intact. Amersfoort is right in the centre of the Netherlands and has good connections by car or public transport to Amsterdam, Utrecht, etc.
Most students stay in a furnished room. NEO has good contacts with housing agencies and can help you find a place to stay. NEO offers allowance depending on your education level and refund of daily travel costs.
